Okay, so the room didn't quite match the online glam shots, and a bit of a cleanliness pickle. Despite that, the vibe was still on point.

The bed in our room was amazing - super comfy! The free breakfast was top-notch; I'd recommend trying the omelettes with a variety of fillings - yum! The hotel's prime location downtown made it easy for us to walk everywhere, avoiding the hassle of pricey parking in the area. 😊

The view from Clarion Inn & Suites was breathtaking, offering a stunning vantage point of the Smoky Mountains that made the stay worth every penny. I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful provision of outdoor fire pits, perfect for unwinding under the stars after a day of adventure.

Conveniently located near popular attractions like shops and 🛍️. Easy access to Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, just a short walk away from here.

The hotel's location is great, near the Gatlinburg Convention Center, good restaurants, and the main parkway. Flapjack's Pancake Cabin, located just a 5-minute walk away, served delicious food.

I chose Black Bear Inn & Suites for its convenient location near Gatlinburg's top attractions, but I was pleasantly surprised by the professional staff of event coordinators and the offsite "Award-Winning Chef's Catering" service. Additionally, the amazing Seafood Bar and the downstairs lounge made dining incredibly convenient.

The room really needed some updates - there were stains on the carpet and ceiling. On the bright side, it did have a balcony. The location was great, with easy access to the Aerial Tramway 🚠.

The Black Bear Inn & Suites in Gatlinburg provided a peaceful location, attentive staff, and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was delightful, although some service interactions were lacking warmth. The hotel's leisure facilities allowed for relaxation, and the nearby attractions such as the Hollywood Star Cars Museum and Ripley's Aquarium offered engaging family experiences that enhanced our stay.

The room we stayed in was nicely updated, clean, and well kept. The bathroom was large and had a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets. The location was marvelous, right at the beginning of everything.

The location of this place was fantastic because it was so close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, and it had top-notch restaurants nearby.

The hotel is clean and spacious. Free onsite parking is a plus. The location is amazing, close to the Convention Center, shopping, restaurants, and Smoky Mountain Brewery.

The room felt cozy and welcoming, making me instantly feel at ease. The coffee maker was a lifesaver for my morning routine.

The hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants. It's also close to everything you need. The rooms have AC units. They offer plenty of goodies for breakfast.
